Obama – Killing The Dreamers

The entrepreneur in America is a dreamer. He dreams big. They have a magazine dedicated to his dreams called “Entrepreneur Magazine” Countless websites and publications understand and promote the importance of the dreamers. Yet the Obama administration does not. They don’t understand where the real value of our nation is held. It is held in the small businesses all across this nation. Some entrepreneurs own more than one business as they believe their dreams can’t be constrained. The dreamer has no limits. Or at least until recently he didn’t.

If you want to know why our economy isn’t growing you need look no further than Washington D.C. specifically to the oaf in the Whitehouse that calls himself the President. I don’t. He’d need to have even a semblance of an idea of what he is doing there. He doesn’t know what it’s like to have dreams. Nightmares maybe. Those are the dreams he has created for our nation.

As an entrepreneur I am a dreamer. But there is a part of my brain that has been put into standby ever since Obama “came to power”. It is not the dreams that are dying. It is the determination to carry them out and make them a reality. When I don’t know what tomorrow might hold, when I look around and wonder if the next shoe is about to drop and I daily hear nothing but bad news. When the regime is daily enacting new “legislation” to “protect” me. My brain shuts down.

Why should I risk my hard earned money when the government may be knocking on my door tomorrow to take it away.

I’m still dreaming. But instead of taking those dreams out of the office and into the light of day, I’ll file them away for the future.

I’m not the only one. I’ve met many business owners and potential owners. The dreamers of industry who all feel the same way. Criticize G.W. Bush all you want…I know I did. But, under Bush the small business owner wasn’t persecuted.

After Dr. King was killed…During an interview with one of Dr. King’s friends “You can kill the dreamer, but you can’t kill the dream.”

The regime of Barack Obama is killing the dreamer and the dreams are dying with him in this case.

When the dreamers are being lined up and shot against a wall of bureaucracy and the looters are running rampant. Is it any wonder we don’t see the growth in our economy?

Hey Barack…Get out of our way!
